When and where the registrations will take place?
Thursday: 17:00-20:00 at Hostel Clown and Bard
Friday: 9:00 - 14:00 at VŠE
Where will the participants be accommodated?
The participants will stay at Hostel Clown and Bard. Hostel is within 7 minutes of walking from the venue.
What should I bring with me?
Mascot, Promo materials (for Section Market), Own cup for coffee and drinks (nicknack 0,5l)!, Slippers, Items for grilling for Thursday BBQ, Instruments for Thursday night, Warmer clothes for the evening, Section drink, Dress code for the royal cruise
Should I bring any food or drink for Thursday BBQ?
Yes. Lovely OC will prepare some sauces, bread, vegetables, snacks and nonalcoholic drinks, but please bring your own food (meat, cheese) you would like to eat at a BBQ. Please do not bring alcohol to the BBQ.There will be a bar the whole time for acceptable money. And you can pay by card.
What about section drinks? Can we bring it?
You can bring your section drinks, unfortunately, we do not have an official place in agenda for them. If you want to drink them, please be cautious and enjoy the drinks unofficially. Thank you in advance.
At the OC Programme, is it possible to buy something there?
During the whole Friday’s and Saturday’s programme, you’ll be able to buy alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks at bars, and vending machines for an acceptable price. Don’t worry, they take cards everywhere.
Do we need to buy tickets for transport for more days?
The official programme and accommodation is within walking distance. However, to get to the OC programme on Friday and Saturday we would recommend buying just one way tickets. We will travel max 3 times.
